Sometimes I crave seeing mountains in times like these. They bring me solace and help me to stay connected with the larger part of our planet.

And yet, it’s difficult to believe that we live in a time such as this. With so much capacity as a species, we can still somehow resort to the base level of backwards thinking that drives us to hatred and division amongst ourselves.

If you choose to always look down, you will never see what you can do if you were to look up.
